Frequently asked questions
Is there a registration fee or application?
No, the program is completely free, including registration.
How much do the card and program cost?
There is no cost to participate in this discount program. You benefit from the savings because community program members get negotiated specially reduced prices (like wholesale prices). Nothing else pays the discounted price of medicines.
How I can save with the card?
The price you will pay depends on whether the drug is brand or generic. The discounts can be significant, but the amount of savings depends on participating pharmacy and the medication.
The discounted prices are available on the program website or by calling our Customer Service at 1-877-309-5748.

What do I need to take to the pharmacy for my prescriptions?
You can take your UnivisionSalud with HolaDoctor prescription savings card along with your valid prescription to a participating pharmacy. See our Pharmacy Locator to locate a participating pharmacy.
You can find special coupons for brand names at Brand Name Medications. Print the coupon and take it to fill your valid prescription to a participating pharmacy. What you printed includes information required by the pharmacy program and your unique identification as a member.
For generic drugs, you need not print anything. Just bring your discount card with your membership number and the prescription to a participating pharmacy.
In case you do not have your card in hand, you can still receive your discount. Just present your membership number when in the pharmacy. This can be received via mail or text message if so enrolled.
