R.Dear Antonio, I'm glad you are consulting before believing anything, especially since nowadays we can find plenty of information, but not all of it has a scientific basis. Keep in mind that coffee is rich in caffeine, which is a strong stimulant of the nervous system and a direct irritant to the stomach, so it is wise to drink it in moderation.  Besides, there is no scientific evidence supporting the recommendation of using coffee to lose weight.
