A.Hi Emilia. First off, it's important you try to plan a meal schedule. Eating every day at the same time and including one or two light snacks will help prevent these anxious episodes. Also, look for activities that can help you relieve stress. Maybe read a good book, do exercise, take a walk with a friend, or practice your favorite hobby. A lot of times when we're bored, the first thing we think about doing is eating. Try to maintain order in your meals and distract yourself with an activity that makes you feel good.
