Fruit Skewers

Fruit Skewers


  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 6 strawberries (or cherries)
  • 1 slice pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh cheese in squares
  • 1/4 cantaloupe
  • 5 skewers


Thoroughly wash all fruit. Peel the banana and slice it. Cut the pineapple into squares. Also cut the apple and orange into squares. Carve cantaloupe balls with a spoon.

Put pieces of different kinds of fruit onto the skewer. Put 2 or 3 squares of cheese, alternating them with fruit, on each skewer. You can add some yogurt or lemon juice to the fruit to keep their colors from changing.

Makes 5 servings.
